What we cover
The pre-teen and teen years bring huge changes — physically, emotionally, socially, and online. Our Brave Minds mentorship program supports girls through this stage in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
At the foundation of every session is the intention to help girls build positive brain pathways, strengthen self-belief, and develop a healthy, compassionate relationship with themselves. We focus on building a positive self-image and supportive self-talk, helping girls understand how their thoughts shape how they feel and act.
Throughout the programme, we explore what’s happening in their developing brains and bodies, support girls to understand how to look after themselves and build healthy habits, strengthen body awareness, and navigate friendships and life with more confidence and ease. We also cover real-life topics like online pressure and comparison, period power, and cycle awareness — helping girls feel informed, prepared, and confident in their changing bodies.
Through a mix of engaging activities, relatable stories, and real, honest conversations, girls gain practical tools and the reassurance that they are not alone in what they’re experiencing.
A note from the founder
It’s often hard to put into words the true impact of this program, because so much of it is something you feel and witness in the girls themselves.
We have girls attend for a range of reasons, self-doubt, social anxiety, or past experiences they’re working through. But more often than not, it’s girls who are simply navigating the normal (and sometimes overwhelming) changes that come with growing up, changes in their brains and bodies, friendships, social media, and school.
I would say the biggest thing I see these girls walk away with from attending the program is a deeper understanding of themselves, and a genuine connection—with who they are and with others around them.
Our programs are designed to support young girls through one of the most important seasons of their lives.
Our after-school mentorship sessions give your daughter the tools, confidence, and connection she needs to thrive emotionally, socially, and personally.
This isn’t just any programme , it’s a powerful foundation for lifelong emotional well-being, self-belief, and meaningful connection.
