The pre-teen and teen years bring huge changes — physically, emotionally, socially, and online. Throughout our 10-week Brave Minds programme, we help girls make sense of it all in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. We explore what’s happening in their developing brains and bodies, support them to understand and manage big emotions, build confidence, strengthen body awareness, and navigate friendships with more ease. We also dive into the realities of growing up today — from social media pressures and body comparison to curating a more positive and intentional online world — as well as period power, helping girls understand their cycle and feel confident in what’s happening within their bodies. Through practical tools, creative activities, and meaningful discussions, girls learn how to take care of themselves and realise they are not alone in what they’re experiencing.
